DESCRIPTION OF THE DRESS: Strapless sweetheart fit-and-flare gown with an illusion back. Embroidered with delicate Guipure patterns and a figure shaping silhouette. Skirt features tulle and Paisley palliate underlay. The dress comes in two colors, this is the Cameo Pink color. I purchased the gown at a size 10 so it could be properly fitted. I'm a street size 4 in regular clothing (wedding gown sizes run smaller than normal clothes so they ordered a size 10 which is a street size 4/6).

I'm really happy with how well the dress photographed and you can see all the details of the dress so well in every shot! I wore it on July 2, 2015 for my Newport, RI mansion wedding. Four (4) days after the wedding when we got back to NYC, I took the dress and veil back to the boutique I bought it from and they sent it to the Wedding Preservation Company. So both the dress and the veil have been professionally cleaned and preserved by wedding dress preservation specialists. (the picture of the dress in the box is the actual dress and veil in the preservation box).
I picked this dress because after visiting over 18 bridal salons across NYC and Long Island and trying on over 200 dresses in a three week period, I was tired of seeing the same lace work or variations of the same lace everywhere I went and this was the first dress I saw that I didn't feel I had already seen something like it and it's a very flattering fit! It's unique, elegant and sexy. Very comfortable to walk in, and fairly light in weight - I was not hot or overheated in it despite having a July wedding. The dress has a French bustle (your seamstress can change this if you want, very easy to do so for a good seamstress), which shows off the details in the back really well and makes it very easy to talk around in. I'm 5'6" and wore a 4" heel shoe - so if you're 5'7" and want to wear a 3" shoe or even much shorter than me and have the length altered...this dress will work great!!!
PRICE: What is included for the asking price of $6,500? 1) The dress, which brand new at a bridal boutique is priced at $10,000. 2) The matching Melvina Veil from Ines Di Santo made for this dress, which brand new at a bridal boutique is priced at $2,000. (Same veil as in the picture) 3) Professional Cleaning and Preservation. I have already paid over $450 to have both the gown and veil cleaned and preserved by the Wedding Preservation Company. My wedding was in July, 2015 and 4 days after the wedding I took both the gown and veil to be cleaned and preserved - so they are being well kept and properly protected in the preservation box (as shown in the picture). 4) No additional shipping charge within the continental United States
