This Vera Wang Gemma gown was purchased at a sample sale in Boston just a few months ago (April 2016). We recently decided to elope based on my fiance's deployment schedule, so I no longer need the dress.
This is a beautiful strapless sweetheart mermaid gown with an asymmetrically-draped bodice. It is a lovely soft blush color and it is made from tissue organza. There is no blizzard beading. The skirt and train look a little flat in photos, but the dress has been in a garment bag - once pressed, the organza roses will be full and voluminous.
The dress has not been hemmed or altered at all. It is a size 12 bridal. One strip of organza on the skirt needs to be tacked, but otherwise the sample is in excellent condition. The dress has never left the boutique - it is currently at Vera Wang bagged and awaiting pick-up!
